| Attendance |
|
The students are required to maintain a minimum of 75 % attendance per semester. Any student failing to meet the above standard is liable to get his/her term cancelled.
|
|
In addition he/she will not be allowed to participate in the recruitment programs. Feedback based on monthly monitoring of attendance helps the students to maintain the minimum required attendance percentage.
|
| Dress Code |
|
The sense of discipline and uniformity in the students is observed by a strict dress code. On the occasion of guest lectures, seminars, etc students are expected to be in the uniform.
|
|
A student failing to adhere to the dress code will not be allowed to attend the lectures and will face disciplinary action.
|
| Hostel Rules |
|
Each hostel is headed by a warden who acts as a facilitator and observer to maintain the discipline in the hostel and ensure its smooth functioning.
|
|
Students opting to stay in the hostel will have to sign an undertaking accepting the rules, laid down & amended by the management from time to time. Ragging of any type will not be accepted and the concerned.
|
|
Student's admission will be cancelled immediately, will be handed over to Law Enforcing Authorities as per the guidelines & directives of Hobble Supreme Court of India.
|
| Conduct and Discipline |
|
Not with standing anything contained in these rules, if the government takes any policy decision pertaining to F.E admission, then the same shall be implemented immediately at that point of time as per the directives for the government from time to time.
|
|
The students while studying in this college, if found indulging in anti-national activities contrary to the provision of Act and Laws enforced by the Government or in any activity contrary to rules of discipline, will be liable to be expelled from the college without any notice by the principal of the college.
|
|
Possession of cell phones, walkman, cassettes, CD player is strictly prohibited in the college campus like college library; class Rooms, laboratories, canteen, buses and Examination Hall.
|
|
All the students are requested to carry their valid identity cards in the college. They will not be permitted to avail any of the facilities in the college without valid identity cards.
|
|
Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the Sharad Campus.

| Action Against Ragging |
|
Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act 1999, which is in effect from 15th May 1999 has the following provision of action against Ragging.
|
|
Ragging within or outside of any educational institution is prohibited.
|
|
Who so ever directly or indirectly commits, participates in, abets or propagates ragging within or outside any educational institution shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term upto 2 years and! Penalty which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
|
|
Any student, convicted of an offence of ragging, shall be dismissed from the educational institution and such student shall not be admitted in any other educational institution for a period of five years from the date of such dismissal.
